A flashmob (or flash mob) is a group of people that get together spontaneously in public and perform something unusual for a short period of time, like a choreographed dance or freeze on cue, and then quickly leave when it’s all over. We’ve all seen one or another and we all have been moved by them. Whether meant to commemorate something or performed as a great marketing gimmick, flash mobs are memorable because of their spontaneous, joyful nature. There are so many fantastic examples, but this list features some of our favorites. Prepare to feel good.
