Red Bull is known for pairing up with extreme sports athletes to create amazing feats of daredevilry and athleticism, and their Red Bull Rampage 2013 last month was no exception. At this event, mountain bike athletes picked their best lines down near-vertical sandstone ridges near Virgin, Utah. Each athlete was geared up with a HD HERO3 GoPro camera and the results were stunning first-person views of these athletes battling balance, the elements and gravity.

Perhaps one of the best runs belonged to freeride mountain biker Kelly McGarry, who flipped over a 72-foot-long canyon, earning him a 2nd place finish. Check out the video of the death-defying feat below and then head over to Red Bull Rampage page and check out more videos of these athletes taking on these dangerous ridges.
