In a piece meant to juxtapose childhood memories of playing on the beach and building sandcastles with his brother with the grim reality of the current state of the American real-estate market, artist Chad Wright has created a neighborhood on the shore unfit for anyone to live in. The small homes create the widely recognized visual of many American suburban neighborhoods, but with the intention of being swept out to sea.
