IgluLodge, Germany’s Ice Hotel

IgluLodge is an ice hotel located on the Nebelhorn, a high mountain in the Allgäu Alps near Oberstdorf, Germany. The hotel, which sleeps 30 overnight-guests in its igloo suites and can host groups of 40 for corporate events, offers a unique experience indeed. Guests sleep inside igloos, atop furs and sleeping bags, surrounded by intricately carved ice walls. The hotel also features an outdoor hot tub, a restaurant and guided hiking expeditions.
