CJ Hendry‘s unbelievable black-and-white illustrations are photorealism at its best. And, like this other artist we featured not too long ago, her work is done completely with pen and paper.

She begins by selecting an object and photographing it in several different positions and lighting before she begins to draw. Hendry says she prefers sharp contrasts with negative spaces. Using a black 0.1 mm UniPin pen, a single large format drawing can take her up to 200 hours to complete.
